Returns & Exchanges

Each artwork is custom produced to order. If a piece arrives damaged during shipment, please notify the studio within 48 hours of delivery so a replacement can be arranged. All shipments are insured for full value.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns for store credit may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in new condition. Custom commissions and installation pieces may carry separate terms.  Prior authorization is required for all returns.

Order Production

Production timelines vary depending on artwork size, fabrication method, and customization requirements. Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of purchase confirmation.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged. A standard 20% restocking fee will apply to eligible returns.
